 A competing space program is being set up to counter Musk's SpaceX - made up of DEI appointments and selected for important criteria like, well, anything but competency.  They haven't gotten very far but at least the risky process of formulating rocket fuel DIDN'T end up killing anybody - a responsibly sourced tank of environmentally friendly Unicorn farts failed to ignite... or, do ANYTHING.  A commission has been formed to study the problem. 

What do you do with a drunken sailor...

Or a president who is clearly too impaired to serve?

Pretend.  Deny.  Talking Heads.  Then more pretend.

Hell of a way to run a railroad... or a country.
